Answer firstHow a BCN chauffeur pickup should work
Send the airline and flight number, confirm the terminal and keep the passenger contact active after landing. The assigned provider should then issue the meeting location and waiting terms in writing.
BCN has Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, with T2 divided into operating areas. The terminals are separate, so the airline and flight number must be provided before the vehicle is dispatched. A terminal transfer should not be assumed to be a short walk.
Use the assigned provider’s written instructions for the correct terminal and authorized pickup area. The passenger should keep a working telephone available after landing and contact dispatch before moving to another terminal, car park or roadway.
The driver, vehicle class and operating company are confirmed for the individual trip. This guide does not imply a LimosNationwide office or owned fleet at the airport.
For live terminal, flight and passenger-access updates, check Aena BCN passenger information before travel.
