A category request is not a promise of a specific model. Confirm usable seating, luggage space, accessibility equipment and any appearance requirement before payment.

Dispatch and communication

Travellers need a reachable contact for flight changes, baggage delays and meeting-point questions. The operating company should explain who controls dispatch on the travel day.

Commercial terms

When local rules differ
