How Limos Nationwide Works

Start with the complete trip. We match the route, travellers, luggage and service requirements to suitable vehicle classes and local operating partners.

01

Share the journey

Provide pickup and destination details, date, time, passengers, luggage, flight information and any stops or special requests.

02

Review the right options

Vehicle classes and pricing are based on the local market, route, timing and practical capacity. Exact availability is confirmed before booking.

03

Confirm the reservation

Review the itinerary, included charges, cancellation terms, pickup method and payment requirements before accepting the trip.

04

Travel with support

Airport, hotel, venue and city-to-city instructions are shared for the market. Support remains available if the itinerary changes.

Information that prevents problems

One complete request is better than several assumptions.

Passenger count alone does not determine the vehicle. Luggage, child seats, accessibility needs, ski equipment, venue loading rules, border crossings and multiple stops can change the plan.

For airport arrivals, include the airline and flight number. For hourly trips, share the expected itinerary and final drop-off. For groups, provide a manifest or loading plan when available.

Before confirmation

  • Check all pickup and destination addresses
  • Confirm local time and date
  • Match passengers and luggage to the vehicle
  • Review waiting, cancellation and extra-stop terms
  • Keep the confirmation details accessible
After the request

A rate request is not a confirmed reservation

Availability review

The route, local date and time, party size, bags, equipment and service duration are checked against vehicles and providers serving that market.

Written proposal

A useful response identifies the operating provider, vehicle category, complete itinerary, price basis and any information still needed.

Payment and acceptance

Review the deposit, cancellation conditions and included charges before authorizing payment. A submitted form alone does not reserve a chauffeur.

Travel-day contact

Keep the provider’s dispatch number and meeting note available. Immediate terminal or roadside changes should go directly to the operating company.

If the itinerary changes

A different flight, date, destination, stop, passenger count or luggage requirement may change the vehicle, availability and price. Ask for a revised confirmation instead of assuming the first quote still applies.
