Answer firstHow a MAD chauffeur pickup should work
Send the airline and flight number, confirm the terminal and keep the passenger contact active after landing. The assigned provider should then issue the meeting location and waiting terms in writing.
MAD uses the T1, T2 and T3 complex as well as the separate T4 and T4S complex. Passengers using T4S complete the landside arrival process through T4, so the flight, airline and confirmed arrival terminal are more useful than a generic airport pickup request.
The chauffeur meeting place depends on the terminal and the operating provider’s airport authorization. The confirmation should identify a specific arrivals point or approved vehicle area, a contact number and what to do if baggage or immigration delays the passenger.
The driver, vehicle class and operating company are confirmed for the individual trip. This guide does not imply a LimosNationwide office or owned fleet at the airport.
